A core part of our work is psychological archetypes — universal inner patterns shaping choices and behaviour. As you explore them, you'll see the roles you unconsciously play, the barriers that hold you back, and the strengths that move you forward. For example, the Originator may feel restless at times yet carries the gifts of curiosity, courage, and transformation.
We name the barriers too fear, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, old wounds and reframe them as invitations to grow. At the same time, we highlight strengths resilience, creativity, empathy, courage and make them visible, embodied, and usable in daily life.
