What is the Atmann Project?

At The Atmann Project, every person carries a unique inner blueprint — a soul blueprint, often understood as the Atman — a map of who you are, what you've lived, and the potential you hold. Healing isn't a goal you chase; it's reconnecting with that blueprint and letting it unfold through practices like mindfulness meditation, emotional awareness, and holistic therapy.

We integrate traditional therapy with creative arts therapy, movement, nutrition, and guided mindfulness meditation pathways that let you express beyond words. This opens doors to emotions held in the body, unconscious patterns, and creative strengths.

A core part of our work is psychological archetypes — universal inner patterns shaping choices and behaviour. As you explore them, you'll see the roles you unconsciously play, the barriers that hold you back, and the strengths that move you forward.

We name the barriers too: fear, self-doubt, limiting beliefs, and old wounds — and reframe them as invitations to grow. At the same time, we highlight strengths like resilience, creativity, empathy, and courage, making them visible, embodied, and usable in daily life.

Our approach is holistic and growth-focused. We don't just ask, "How do we reduce pain?" We ask, "How do we help you become your fullest expression?"

What is the Atmann Reset Journey?

A 2–4 day immersive program blending therapy, arts, movement, and mindfulness meditation to reset your nervous system, emotional patterns, and inner direction. This journey helps individuals reconnect with balance, clarity, and emotional resilience.

Is therapy at The Atmann Project spiritual or religious?

No. It's not tied to religion. We honour the soul-body-mind connection but adapt to your beliefs, focusing on spiritual well-being and spiritual healing.

If I take only the weekly modules, will I still heal?

Yes. Each weekly journey is self-contained, though full journeys often deepen clarity and long-term healing through consistent emotional therapy and mindfulness meditation.

What is group therapy?

A collective session guided by therapists where clients share, explore, and heal together.

Do I need to fill the Atmann Blueprint before sessions?

Yes. It personalizes your journey by decoding your emotional blocks, strengths, and life purpose — your unique soul blueprint.

Will my sessions be confidential?

Yes. We follow strict ethical and legal standards. All emotional therapy and therapy for anxiety sessions are completely confidential.

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

No. Therapy is for anyone seeking growth and balance, whether through spiritual healing, mindfulness meditation for anxiety, or general holistic well-being.

Can I skip modules?

Yes. Each is standalone. We suggest you begin with the Atmann Blueprint and then, based on your report, choose your module.

What issues can group therapy help with?

Depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem, PTSD, and more.

Who can benefit?

Anyone – children, teens, adults.

How do creative arts help in therapy?

They allow expression beyond words through movement, drawing, or storytelling.

Do I need to be artistic?

No. It's about expression, not skill.

What can I expect in my nutrition sessions?

A personalized diet plan aligning food, mood, and emotions, built for healing anxiety, depression, and eating challenges.

What is The Meditation Series?

Short, guided practices for grounding, releasing, and activating clarity.

What if I'm not satisfied with my therapist?

You can request a change – your comfort is key.

What if I have a query for my therapist between sessions?

Minor clarifications via email are possible. Deeper support requires a booked session.

Can I reach out in an emergency?

No. We are not a crisis service. In emergencies, contact local helplines for support.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes. Both in-person and online.

Are sessions timed? Can I extend?

They are fixed duration, but extensions may be possible with added fees.

How do I pay?

We have a secure online gateway. Credit Card and UPI transactions are available.

Can I pay for multiple sessions at once?

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are available within the stated policy timeframes. If we need to cancel a session, you will either be refunded or offered a rescheduled session.
